Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your neon signage or lighting fixture in its original protective foam and double-walled box to ensure it arrives back to us without damage.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
