Every Neon Designs sign comes with a pre-drilled acrylic backing and a complete mounting kit. You can easily hang it like a picture frame or use the provided standoffs for a professional wall-mounted look.
Are your LED neon signs energy efficient?
Yes, our signs use the latest LED technology, which consumes up to 80% less energy than traditional glass neon. They remain cool to the touch and are safe for home use.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Custom designs typically take 2-3 weeks to manufacture and deliver. Standard collection items are usually processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via express courier.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in our standard collection. Please note that custom-made signs are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do the signs come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All Neon Designs products include a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering any electrical defects or malfunctions under normal indoor use.
